1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Syncara ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Yadvin Tech ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Syncara is a local-network clipboard synchronization application that enables real-time sharing of clipboard content (text, images, and files) between Windows and Android devices connected to the same local Wi-Fi network. The Software operates entirely over your local network and does not rely on cloud services for data transfer.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes. You may:

  • Install and use the Software on multiple devices you own or control
  • Use the Software for both personal and business purposes

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by applicable law
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Use the Software to transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Redistribute the Software under a different name or brand

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the security of your local network where Syncara operates
  • The content you transfer between your devices using the Software
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials if you choose to sign in
  • Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Yadvin Tech and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or trade names.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Software will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Software will be compatible with all devices or network configurations
  • All clipboard content will be successfully synced in every scenario
  • The Software will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YADVIN TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Software
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Software's functionality
  • Any data loss resulting from clipboard sync failures

8. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. Updates distributed through the Microsoft Store or Google Play Store will follow the respective platform's update mechanisms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time.

9. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Software from all your devices. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
